MARTHA’S VINEYARD RASA WEEKEND OF YOGA AND KIRTAN

Saturday and Sunday, August 29 and 30, 2009

Led by Prana Flow Teachers Bonnie Argo, Chanel Luck, and Roberto Lim, and featuring Kirtan Artist Durga Das (David Newman) and Mira

DESCRIPTION: Cultivate your rasa (taste) for life through the practices of Prana Flow vinyasa yoga and the devotional bhakti yoga of kirtan. Let the beauty of island summer living allow you to be a rasika: a full lover of life in all its flavors. Prana Flow, a free-spirited vinyasa yoga practice developed by yoga pioneer Shiva Rea, will be guided by Boston-area teachers Bonnie Argo, Chanel Luck, and Roberto Lim. Kirtan is a call-and-response practice of chanting ancient mantras to open the heart. The evening kirtan will be lead by acclaimed artist Durga Das (David Newman) and Mira. Join us for an inspiring alchemy of Rasa Yoga practices on beautiful Martha’s Vineyard.

Advanced registration is highly recommended, as space is limited.
